No two days are exactly alike in this role. You'll be responsible for keeping the facility and equipment running smoothly by:

• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility and production equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Maintaining building systems and facility infrastructure
• Assisting with repairs on equipment such as forklifts, powered industrial vehicles, and material handling equipment
• Completing maintenance work orders and documenting repairs
• Supporting facility improvements and special projects
• Working alongside a team of experienced maintenance professionals
• Helping ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, mechanical, or electrical repair
• Knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, drywall, painting, or general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 1+ year of maintenance experience
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Trade school, vocational training, or related technical education

Night Shift

• Tuesday through Saturday morning
• 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Perfect for candidates who prefer working nights and enjoying daytime flexibility.

You'll work in a hands-on maintenance role supporting a large facility and its equipment. The position offers a mix of mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and staying active throughout the shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minooka, IL.

The pay range for this position is $32.55 - $32.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
