Provider Relations Representative
As a Medicare Advantage Provider Relations Representative with the BCBSWY Provider Relations Team, you will play an essential role in ensuring best-in-class service to our providers. Are you ready to showcase your customer service skills in an organization recognized within the industry for providing superior provider experience?
By stepping into a Medicare Advantage Provider Relations Representative role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference every day! Help providers by responding to questions, research issues they may have, connect them with the resources they may need.
Our Provider Relations representatives are equipped with the necessary tools and support to answer provider questions. Our Provider Relations Representatives are provided breaks and meal-times to ensure time to step away, while enabling the team to provide continuous high-quality service.

To be successful in this role, you will need to invest in learning our products and services, be dedicated to provider service, handle phone contact with providers and their office staff who may be experiencing a variety of situations, be comfortable accessing and utilizing multiple systems to respond and research provider inquiries and apply solid judgement as to when to escalate if needed.
Minimum qualifications include an earned High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience with accessing multiple database systems is helpful. As a new Provider Relations Representative, you will be provided on-the-job training on our systems, products, and services. You will learn from skilled co-workers and dedicated leadership!
