Job description

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an advanced technology organization, is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Engineering Technician. This role is responsible for supporting design and testing activities, troubleshooting complex systems, and assisting in the development of prototype electromechanical equipment. The position plays a key role in validating system performance and supporting engineering research efforts.

Job Duties
  • Support design, fabrication, assembly, and modification of prototype electromechanical systems and test equipment
  • Perform testing, checkout, and troubleshooting using schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions
  • Execute engineering and experimental tests to collect and analyze design data
  • Conduct operational testing and perform fault isolation on systems and equipment
  • Assist in the development, construction, and validation of specialized test setups
  • Set up and execute product tests in accordance with technical specifications
  • Monitor lab testing activities to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to schedules
  • Document test procedures, results, and findings; prepare detailed reports
  • Utilize diagnostic and lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and related tools
Skills & Experience

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
  • Experience with test procedures and validation processes
