Concentric Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking BHT's in the Phoenix Valley. We partner with established hospitals, group homes, detox facilities, in-patient facilities, and more! We offer scheduling flexibility and unlimited hours!

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct care to behavioral health patients
  • Conduct patient safety checks
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment
  • Recognize and react appropriately to patients displaying aggressive behavior, acting as a danger to themselves or others, or are in a crisis or medical emergency
  • Chart observations according to facility policy and procedure
  • Be receptive to guidance and direction from Lead Behavioral Health Technicians or Site Supervisor
  • Assists in admitting and discharging patients by performing contraband checks and accurately documenting patient belongings for discharge return.
All applicants MUST have:
  • 2 forms of government-issued identification (Driverโ€™s License, Passport, Social Security Card, Birth certificate, residence card, etc.)
  • Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPR and First Aid Card
  • TB Test (done in the last year)
  • CPI Blue Card (updated in the last 12 months)
  • Updated Resume
  • Physical (done in the last year)
  • Diploma or Transcripts
