Machine Operator

SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire multiple Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Woodinville.This position is responsible for manually operating injection molding machines, trimming and finishing molded parts, performing basic quality inspections, and assembling finished products while ensuring compliance with established quality standards.

LOCATION: Woodinville, WA

SCHEDULE:

1st: Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3pm

2nd: Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm

3rd : Sunday - Thursday 10:30pm - 7am

PAY:

$20 - $22 Depending on shift

Key Responsibilities:

·Inspect products for dimensional accuracy and cosmetic defects to ensure parts meet specifications, maintaining high quality throughout the molding process; inspect and package parts according to established procedures.

·Follow all established safety policies and procedures.

·Consistently adhere to approved injection molding and assembly procedures.

·Dispose of contaminated materials in accordance with accounting and quality system requirements.

·Follow all processes, policies, and procedures related to tracking materials, finished goods, and quality system compliance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Education

·High school diploma or equivalent required.

·Ability to read, analyze, and interpret gray folders.

·Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

·Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
