The OpportunityBrunswick Group is seeking an experienced Executive to join our fast-paced Dallas office.

This role's start date will be in September as part of our Fall 2026 Executive Cohort. 

About the Role

Client Contribution & Handling

  • Draft press releases, Q&As and key message documents
  • Show an ongoing interest in and grasp of media and market intelligence, and share that with clients and teams appropriately
  • Leverage in-house AI tools and other resources to manage workload and keep deliverables on track, on time and of the highest quality
  • Contribute to brainstorms and pitch preparation
  • Think on a strategic and tactical level about client issues and account development
  • Deliver ideas, direction and content to the account team
  • Produce high quality client account deliverables that showcase the expertise, thinking, judgement and research behind our recommendations and strategic advice
  • Develop a strong working relationship with internal and external clients and earn their trust

Contribution to the Firm

  • Establish and maintain strong client and internal relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and responsiveness across multiple time-sensitive engagements
  • Draw insights and opportunities from your personal and professional networks and leverage that knowledge appropriately on behalf of the Firm and our clients 
  • Participate in and contribute to training sessions where appropriate and take advantage of the learning and engagement opportunities when available

Teamwork and Collaborative Approach

  • Act as the "eyes and the ears" of the team
  • Share ideas, knowledge and recommendations with the wider team 
  • Earn the respect of their peers/colleagues and treat people with respect

Communication Skills - Engagement with Media and Other Audiences

  • Prepare detailed reporter backgrounders and curate media lists to enhance our clients' media presence
  • Identify and assess media and visibility opportunities that can elevate our clients' profiles

The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package: 

Base Pay: The annual base compensation range for this role is $70,000-80,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.

Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual and firm-wide performance.
