The Workforce Intelligence team delivers high-quality workforce data, reporting, and analytics that power evidence-based decisions across the employee lifecycle. We don't just report what happened - we shape how leaders think about their people, their careers, and the future of the business.
We are seeking a Workforce Intelligence Insights Partner who consistently turns complexity into clarity and data into direction. This role is for someone who can demonstrate how their insights changed decisions, shifted strategies, and delivered measurable impact.
We'll trust you to
Create clarity for leaders facing ambiguity to solve complex, high-stakes people challenges
  • Describe specific situations on influencing leadership decisions by reframing workforce data into clear, actionable insights
  • Guide HR business partners and cross-functional stakeholders understand why an issue mattered, not just what the data showed
  • Influence leaders toward decisions that result in measurable improvements (e.g., retention, hiring efficiency, workforce planning outcomes)
  • Translating complex data into decisive action: Direct the end-to-end analytics process-from wrangling complex data structured and unstructured datasets into actionable business outcomes.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data and analytics methods to analyze People and Talent Analytics focus areas
  • You have owned the full lifecycle of insights, from raw data to leadership action.
  • Lead quarterly or recurring executive reviews to share how data storytelling resulted in concrete actions, policy changes, or strategic pivots
  • Identify the "what" in prioritized insights, and aligned recommendations to business goals
  • Share the outcomes achieved after leadership acted on your recommendations

You elevate analytics from reporting to enablement
  • How you influence the design of your products to continuously improve adoption, usability, and decision-making
  • Examples where your partnership with BI and analytics developers resulted in faster insights, better self-service, or improved stakeholder trust
  • Evidence that business teams relied on these tools to guide ongoing decisions

You'll need to have:
  • 3 - 5 years + experience in advanced people-based analytics directly influenced business outcomes with at least one year of experience working in People Analytics
  • A bachelor's degree in an applicable field, such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Industrial/Organization Psychology (disciplines with substantial scientific and quantitative training preferred).
  • Experience presenting high-stakes findings to senior leadership and confidently addressing business issues in real time.
  • Proven experience advising and influencing senior executives, including the C-suite, with HR decision support and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated experience building QBR content end-to-end (storyline, metrics, insights, and recommendations) and confidently presenting QBRs to senior leaders with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to partner with BI teams and leverage tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar platforms, supported by a strong quantitative foundation (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Engineering, I/O Psychology). Workday / Avature experience preferred
  • Proven track record of translating data analysis and research findings into easy-to-understand, actionable recommendations for teammates of various levels, in different departments.

Salary Range = 110,000 - 150,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
