As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive & Bloom Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, and substance use issues. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their emotional struggles, providing them with the tools to achieve better mental wellness and resilience.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is required.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting individual and group therapy, showcasing a commitment to client care and mental health advocacy.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions applicable to various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively and empathetically.

• A history of working with specific populations, such as adolescents or those dealing with trauma, is a plus.
• Experience in using telehealth platforms for therapy and counseling.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to maintain client documentation.
