• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the specific goals and circumstances of each client.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions to address a diverse range of issues.
• Collaborate with fellow counselors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Maintain informed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Thrive & Bloom Counseling, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and addiction issues. • A valid LPC license in the state of Texas, allowing for the practice of independent counseling.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting both individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective therapy and documentation.

• Experience working with specific populations, including trauma survivors, individuals with substance use disorders, or those experiencing severe mental health challenges.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices, demonstrating an understanding of the unique dynamics involved in remote counseling.
• Participation in professional organizations or community outreach activities related to mental health advocacy.
