Job description

Plan and run the content engine for a portfolio of clients. Mix social, blog, email, and short-form video into a coherent strategy that ships every week.

As a Social Planner at MaaS, you own the content engine for a portfolio of clients. You build the editorial calendar, brief the creative team, write the hooks and captions yourself when speed matters, and make sure every social post, blog article, and newsletter ladders into the client's bigger growth goals. You're the bridge between brand voice, distribution channels, and measurable engagement.

What you'll do
  • Build and own quarterly content calendars across 6-10 client accounts
  • Plan the right content mix: organic social, blog SEO, email/newsletter, short-form video
  • Brief copywriters, designers, and video editors with clear, opinionated direction
  • Write captions, hooks, and short-form copy when speed matters more than handoff
  • Partner with the SEO lead on topical authority and blog content strategy
  • Own engagement and growth metrics across each client's channels
  • Translate trends and platform shifts (TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) into client moves
Who you are
  • 3+ years planning multi-channel content for brands, agencies, or in-house teams
  • You think in calendars, themes, and threads — not just one-off posts
  • Strong writer with editorial instincts (you can ghost-write a CEO LinkedIn post by Tuesday)
  • Fluent across the major social platforms — you know what works where
  • Comfortable briefing copywriters, designers, and editors
  • Data-aware — you read analytics and adjust the plan
Nice to have
  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS, real estate, healthcare, or e-commerce
  • Familiarity with SEO and topical content frameworks
  • Experience scripting and producing short-form video
  • Native-level English; bilingual is a strong bonus
What we offer
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in the US, Canada, or Mexico
  • Benefits and PTO appropriate to your country
  • A team that takes content strategy seriously and measures real outcomes
