Summary and Objectiveย ย 

flyExclusiveย is seeking a Content Marketing Strategist to own the voice, narrative, and editorial output of one of the fastest-growing names in private aviation. This roleย is responsible forย ensuring brand consistency across every customer and prospectย touchpointsย from our website and blog to email, print collateral, social media, and earned mediaย -ย while building andย maintainingย the press relationships that keepย flyExclusiveย in the conversation.ย 

This is a high-output, multi-channel role that sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and public relations. The strategist will balance long-range editorial planning with weekly content production and real-time press engagement.ย

Brand & Content Strategyย 

  • Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and message across all brand pillars and customer touchpoints, enforcing brand consistency across departments (sales, ops, ownership,ย MROย 

  • Build and own an integrated content strategy that connects website, blog, email, social, print, and PR into a unified editorial engine.ย 

  • Develop andย maintainย a monthly content calendar across all channels and lead quarterly editorial planning.ย 

Website & SEO Contentย 

  • Write and edit SEO-optimized website content, including landing pages, service pages, and evergreen brand pages.ย 

  • Make ongoing revisions to live website pages as products, routes, fleet, and offerings evolve.ย 

  • Partner with web and SEO resources to ensure copy is search-aligned and conversion-focused.ย 

Blog & Editorialย 

  • Own the editorial calendar for theย flyExclusiveย blog, planning topics that ladder up to brand pillars and SEO priorities.ย 

  • Draft, edit,ย SEO-optimize, and schedule 1โ€“2 blog posts per week.ย 

  • Repurpose blog content into newsletters, social posts, sales enablement assets, and printed collateral.ย 

Email Marketingย 

  • Concept, write, route, and send the monthly customer newsletter.ย 

  • Supportย additionalย email campaigns as needed.ย 

  • Maintain consistent tone and messaging across the email program.ย 

Public Relations & Mediaย 

  • Build and manage ongoing relationships with aviation, business, lifestyle, and trade press.ย 

  • Write and distribute 1โ€“2 press releases per month for company news, partnerships, milestones, and launches.ย 

  • Conduct ongoing press monitoring and outreach; pitch story ideas, executive interviews, and feature opportunities.ย 

  • Track press coverage and deliver quarterly coverage reports.ย 

  • Serve as a writing partner on reactive press needs and statement drafting.ย 

Corporate Messaging & Print Collateralย 

  • Write and refresh corporate messaging documents, talking points, and executive communications on a quarterly basis or as needed.ย 

  • Ghostwrite executive thought-leadership content (bylines, LinkedIn posts, internal communications).ย 

  • Develop and update printed collateral (brochures, onboard materials, event one-pagers, owner communications).ย 

  • Ensure messaging consistency between internal stakeholders and external-facing content.ย 

Required Qualificationsย 

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or public relationsย -ย preferably at a PR firm, marketing agency, or in-house at a consumer or luxury brand.ย 

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to flex tone across formats (web, email, blog, press, print).ย 

  • Demonstrated experience building andย maintainingย press and media relationships.ย 

  • Proven ability to manage a multi-channel editorial calendar and ship consistent content onย deadline.ย 

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content supports organic performance.ย 

  • Sociable, polished, and comfortable in new environmentsย -ย confident at networking events, press meetings, and brand activations.ย 

  • Comfortable with luxury products and category-fluent in how to write about them โ€” understands the codes, references, and toneย requiredย to attract and resonate with a high-net-worth (HNW) audience.ย 

  • Highly organized self-starter who can hold the line on brand voice across many stakeholders.ย 

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • Existing relationships with aviation, business, travel, or lifestyle press.ย 

  • Prior experience writing for a premium, luxury, or aspirational consumer brand.ย 

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CMS tools, and basic analytics.ย 

  • Experience contributing to or owning brand voice guidelines.ย 

Location & Scheduleย 

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Raleigh, NC. The role reports to the VP of Marketingย and partners closely with sales and executive leadership.ย
