Job Description

To develop, coordinate, and collaborate a cross-functional offshore team in executing a multi-channel, end-to-end social media strategy for all of Certitreks business units. Coach and train an offshore team to adapt to a new cross-functional strategy to support all of Certitrek business unit companies. This is a new digitally focused team consisting of Social, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Marketing Managers and Copywriters to create social media content calendar using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter that reflects individual BU's content strategy, brand, and values.
  • Support Marketing Manages with development and coordination of content creation, campaigns and social posting to drive response.
  • Identify fruitful sources for social media content to create promotional, value-added/educational, and industry-focused posts to drive engagement.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with BU's SMEs and industry leaders to source content and promote to their respective followings.
  • Develop, train, and coach India support team to manage level 1/2 tasks for social media, and to increase engagement with BU's audience.
  • Create metrics and KPI's dashboard for on and offshore team to report on monthly social media metrics. Create recommendations for improvement based on metrics.
  • Establish pipeline for regular content creation involving SMEs, BU's Copywriters, industry thought leaders and more.
  • Support Copywriters in creating SEO-driven blog posts, white papers, and articles to share and bolster our social sharing credibility and trust.
  • Leverage existing content, refresh and repurpose to improve distribution frequency.  
  • Perform regular audits on BU's digital marketing strategy, determine areas for improvement, and implement revised tactics.
  • Foster sense of community on all BU's social media channels.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience with developing social media strategies, coordinating with writers, designers, SMEs, and industry leaders.
  • 2-3 experience with managing, training, and/or coaching onshore and/or offshore teams.
  • Updated knowledge of social media and content marketing trends.
  • Proven track record of building a community for a company on social media platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal and external teams, and industry leaders to help drive brands on social platforms.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to leverage social tools and marketing automation solutions to drive efficiency, consistency
  • Strong skills in planning, time management, coordinating schedules to deliver consistent messaging for BU's across multiple social platforms.
  • Strong skills in organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in customer service when interacting with NLPA members and industry leaders on social media.
  • Strong skills in interviewing SMEs and other industry leaders.
Additional Information
