What you'll do:

The role is responsible for leading and coordinating the management of Lottery products within the Italian market (SuperEnalotto and others numeric games - as Eurojackpot, Win for Life..), overseeing complex initiatives, crossfunctional collaboration and key stakeholder interactions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Product leadership & ownership: drive and coordinate the management of Lottery products, leveraging key product development levers (e.g., concept design, game materials and market benchmarking), ensuring full alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.

  • Portfolio management: lead the ideation and the launch of new products and features, including concept ideation, benchmarking, user research, gather user feedback, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement of the player experience.

  • Market & competitor analysis: continuously monitor the product performance, competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the product portfolio, define new strategies, and address potential gaps

  • Stakeholder management & negotiation: act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment and driving decisions through strong communication and negotiation skills, across the product lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, organization, and timely execution.

  • People management: manage and mentor team members, ensuring effective planning, prioritization, and delivery of key initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles, preferably in complex and structured environments.

  • Customer-centric mindset: ability to understand insights, performance indicators and business information and use them to support informed decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Leadership & coordination: proven ability to coordinate people, priorities and initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and effective governance of product-related activities.

  • Complexity & process management: ability to manage complex processes, structure activities and maintain end-to-end oversight across multiple initiatives.

  • Excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of the Lottery industry and gambling industry will be considered a strong asset.
