Position: Blockchain Engineer Fireblocks & Tokenization

Location: San Francisco, CA / Austin or Dallas, TX (Onsite-4 days)

Duration: Long Term

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Engineer with hands-on experience in blockchain technologies, Fireblocks, and digital asset tokenization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure blockchain-based solutions for tokenized assets, digital securities, and cryptocurrency transactions. The role requires expertise in blockchain architecture, custody solutions, smart contracts, and asset tokenization while ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based applications and digital asset platforms.
  • Develop and integrate tokenization solutions for financial assets, securities, and real-world assets (RWAs).
  • Work extensively with Fireblocks to manage secure digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, transaction workflows, and MPC-based security.
  • Develop and maintain smart contracts for token issuance, asset management, and settlement.
  • Integrate blockchain networks with enterprise applications using REST APIs and SDKs.
  • Design secure wallet management, key management, and digital asset transfer mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define blockchain architecture and tokenization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements for digital assets.
  • Perform blockchain performance optimization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polygon, Solana, or similar platforms).
  • Hands-on experience with Fireblocks, including wallet management, MPC technology, transaction policies, APIs, and custody solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset custody, cryptocurrency transactions, and blockchain security.
  • Experience with asset tokenization, including token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400, or similar.
  • Experience developing smart contracts using Solidity or equivalent blockchain programming languages.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Node.js.
  • Experience with blockchain APIs, Web3 libraries, JSON-RPC, and SDK integrations.
  • Knowledge of cryptography, digital signatures, private/public key infrastructure, and consensus mechanisms.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
