Job description

Allied / Tech - Nuclear Med Tech

Shift details: 06:30-16:30 M-Th or five 8-hour days. This varies some dependent upon the number of scheduled patients. No on call or weekends required. This position will be a lead position. Must be proficient in working independently as the traveler will be expected to be able to work alone.

Special requirements: The candidate must be able to work GE camera and be able to do hearts. Facility mostly does Nuc Med studies and uses Nuc Trac through Cardinal Health for dose tracking. Must have experience with GE operating systems.

CNMT (ARRT or NMTCB) certification required, BLS required. 1 yr experience required. Travel experience preferred. Locals accepted at the same rate. Flu exemptions not accepted!

Submittal Requirements: SSN and DOB required at time of submission. All RTO must be disclosed at time of submission. Minimum of 2 years of experience required unless otherwise stated in the job description. Active compact or TN license required at time of submission. Two supervisory references are required at time of submission. All certifications listed in the job description must be in hand at time of submission (copies not required). Epic experience within the past 12 months is required and must be clearly documented on the candidateโ€™s profile, including where Epic was utilized. Candidates must also pass the Epic competency exam; only one attempt is allowed, and failure will result in cancellation.

Policies & Compliance: Local candidates accepted at the same rate. Travelers are expected to float unless otherwise stated in the job description. Any known background hits must be disclosed at submission for AM review. Please indicate if the candidate is a return traveler so staffing approval can be confirmed. Candidates requiring fit testing must be clean-shaven; failures due to facial hair will not be accepted. No block scheduling or special schedule requests will be accommodated or added to the contract.
