This role supports the STR division and reports directly to the VP of Marketing. The Channel Relationship Marketing Manager owns near-term strategy, planning, and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives in the B2B SaaS space. While the role has no direct reports, it requires strong emotional intelligence and the ability to influence peers across all levels to improve team output and results. This individual will both shape strategy and contribute to execution. Day-to-day responsibilities may include developing campaign themes, planning upcoming quarters, reporting on lead performance, and drafting marketing emails.

What Youโ€™ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

Channel Partner Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key channel and integration partners across our PMS and Services division.

  • Create and distribute marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to support partner marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize partner marketing budgets.
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of the Client Referral Program, including establishing program structure, executing supporting marketing initiatives, and cultivating regular engagement with clients and industry partners to support program adoption and long-term growth.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze the performance of channel marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

Channel Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on our products/services and marketing best practices.
  • Create and maintain a partner portal with resources, tools, and information.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal teams.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, and other internal teams to align channel marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure proper sales enablement through the channel.
What Weโ€™re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and sales processes.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience developing or supporting client referral, partner engagement, or relationship-based marketing programs, including managing external stakeholder communications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRMs, marketing automation platforms or partner portal software.
  • Established relationships within the short-term rental industry and familiarity with key industry partners, associations, or networks strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Market Development Funds (MDF) management.
