Job description

The Opportunity
Blink Health is looking for a Senior PM to lead strategic development across internal platforms,
partner-facing tools, and third-party integrations. This role is for a product leader who thrives in
technical problem spaces, challenges legacy business models, and makes complex processes
simple and scalable. Experience in Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management - clearinghouses, PA
workflows, payer connectivity, eligibility, and claims - is preferred. Pharmacy Program
Management or Operations/Ops Excellence experience is transferable.
True 01 scope: you'll build from scratch with a small, sharp team
Deep cross-functional ownership across Engineering, Data, and Operations
Ability to stretch into programmatic, financial, and customer engagement dimensions as
the product scales
You'll play a central role in shaping the systems that power BlinkRx's commercial and pharmacy
operations - building foundational tools designed to scale with the business.
Responsibilities
Set the product direction by defining the strategy and priorities across a suite of internal
and external facing tools and backend services that drive the operations of BlinkRx.
Lead the roadmap for external system integrations.
Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical
solutions that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs that power core business
processes and reduce friction for downstream teams.
Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve tools
based on data and user feedback.
Identify opportunities in our business processes to automate, optimize, or rebuild for
scale.
Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform tools, internal
systems, integrations, or enterprise workflows.
Previous experience as a software engineer or in a technical implementation role; able to
engage deeply with architecture and backend systems strongly preferred.
Adept at untangling complex, interdependent systems and turning them into scalable,
efficient solutions.
Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration
patterns; capable of translating business needs into technical specs.
Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features, such as
conversational AI, copilots, automation, or decision-support systems. Ability to translate
existing workflows into intelligent AI journeys that improve agent efficiency, reduce
handle time, and enhance customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science,
compliance, legal and operations to define AI requirements, validate models, and
implement monitoring frameworks. Track and optimize KPIs such as call resolution rate,
prior authorization turnaround, medication access speed, patient satisfaction
(CAHPS/CSAT), and regulatory adherence.
Data driven with a demonstrable history of using data to inform decisions, measure
success, and prioritize development.
A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, keeping stakeholders aligned, and
pushing through ambiguity with clarity and focus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product direction,
technical challenges, and business value across diverse audiences.
Familiarity with internal tooling, workflow automation, or logistics software preferred
