Position Summary / Resumen de posición:
The Wax Blending Operator is responsible for blending, testing, and preparing raw wax materials to meet customer specifications. This role supports production by ensuring product quality, accurate measurements, and proper packaging for shipment.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades clave:
  • Weigh raw wax materials using calibrated scales to ensure accuracy
  • Load and unload raw wax blends during the production process
  • Perform testing on wax blends to verify quality and specifications
  • Set up and operate test tanks and test racks
  • Create, post, and print product labels using internal systems
  • Package finished wax materials for shipment according to requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
  • Support other production areas as needed during slow periods
