Job Summary: First level management for the sales field; assist with the operations of the sales unit and focus on the recruitment and field development of sales agents to achieve established goals and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit and develop talented sales agents, reflecting equal opportunity guidelines. Develop and manage sales activities. Assure that Marketing Action Plan goals are met by all agents in the unit. Continue unit agent development by utilizing in office product training and encouraging enrollment in industry sponsored education. Recruit, select, and train all unit agents; develop a consistent flow of qualified applicants to the position of sales agents with the best potential for future success.
