Great Blaze Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Red Bank, New Jersey. This Full-Time position is primarily onsite, allowing you to directly engage with patients in their homes. The flexible, supportive work setting encourages autonomy while delivering high-quality care. You will work Monday through Friday, allowing you to structure your schedule to best meet the needs of your patients and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environments to develop customized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods, such as exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and the application of assistive devices, to facilitate recovery and alleviate pain.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals that empower patients to regain independence and improve functionality.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and family members on effective use of assistive devices and the importance of adherence to prescribed therapy protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and communicating with other healthcare professionals to stay current on best practices and innovations in physical therapy.

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic illnesses, and rehabilitating from injuries. By working closely with patients in their homes, our physical therapists gain unique insights into the challenges faced in everyday life, allowing for more effective and tailored interventions that promote successful rehabilitation and patient satisfaction.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and their families.
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records and other digital tools for documentation and patient management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, preferably in home care settings.
• Experience in developing and implementing individualized patient treatment plans.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and specialized equipment.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually.
