Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time
LTC Therapy: Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation
Whitinsville, MA
$43-$46/hour
LTC Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care while helping improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and clinical findings
  • Provide therapy services focused on communication skills, cognitive function, and dysphagia management
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families to support resident care plans
  • Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment strategies as appropriate
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
