What you'll do as an E-Contact Center Specialist

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality customer support in a fast-paced contact center environment, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to banking compliance standards.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance with retail and business online banking platforms, including mobile app support, bill pay, ACH transfers, Zelle, debit card services, and digital account access troubleshooting.
  • Perform account servicing functions such as stop payments, account updates and closures, loan payment support, statement reproduction, tax document reissuance (1098/1099), and mobile deposit adjustments.
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant banking products and financial services to meet performance goals while enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct account audits, verify transactions within approval limits, monitor fraud alerts, and ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

 

As an E-Contact Center Specialist, you should have

  • High school diploma or GED required; 6 months to 1 year of customer service, call center, or retail banking experience preferred, with a solid track record of meeting performance and sales goals.
  • Solid knowledge of banking products and financial services, with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and comply with banking regulations, privacy standards, and compliance requirements; no licenses or certifications required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, CRM platforms, and digital banking applications in a fast-paced contact center environment.
