Project/Program Manager – Non IT III (Construction Project Manager)

Location: Durham, NC (Onsite)
Duration: 24-Month Contract
Pay Rate: Competitive (W2)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead capital construction projects supporting laboratory, office, and clinical facilities. The ideal candidate will manage projects from planning through completion while ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial construction and capital improvement projects.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, contractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
  • Monitor project risks, costs, quality, and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience with commercial, laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences facilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
  • Experience with CAD, Revit, or similar design software is a plus.
  • PMP or related certifications are preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours per Week | Onsite in Durham, NC.
