  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to multidisciplinary mining teams, ensuring balanced workloads and fostering professional growth

  • Lead by example in minesite health, safety, and environmental performance; implement and enforce the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) in alignment with regulatory and client standards

  • Ensure all mining project activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and operational requirements

  • Oversee project execution across all phases-including planning, mobilization, operations support, and project closeout

  • Coordinate closely with client operations, engineering, and maintenance groups to maintain alignment and operational continuity

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet critical milestones and support client production objectives

  • Monitor budgets, forecasting, billing, and reporting; manage trade awards and procurement in alignment with commercial targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and site stakeholders to support successful project delivery

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing mining, industrial, or heavy-resource sector projects

  • Postsecondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong understanding of project documentation, cost controls, contracts, and overall project delivery frameworks

  • Proven track record of leading highperforming teams in dynamic, fastpaced project environments

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical and complex information to a range of stakeholders

Working Conditions:
  • Sitebased role requiring travel to mining locations across the U.S.

  • A company vehicle will be provided
