Job description

  • Family Medicine physician role in outpatient clinic
  • Monday"Friday 8am"5pm schedule; flexibility available including 4x10s
  • All ages patient panel
  • 18"20 patients per day target volume
  • Work with one NP currently on staff at this location
  • Optional ER shift coverage available
  • EMR: Evident / Truebridge
  • $300,000 base salary with $45 per RVU above base
  • $250,000 salary after year one once established
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance
  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • CME with $3,000 annual allowance
  • 30 days PTO
  • Health insurance fully covered for provider and spouse
  • Access to Matagorda Bay, Palacios Bayfront Park, and Matagorda Beach for fishing, boating, and birding
  • Approximately 90 miles to Houston (1.5 hours), 25 miles to Bay City (30 minutes), and 30 miles to Port Lavaca (35 minutes)
