As a Lab Technician in Rochester, NY, you will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations that ensure product quality, safety, and innovation. Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results in compliance with internal and regulatory standards

  • Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, ensuring calibration and proper functioning

  • Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and collaborating on root cause investigations

  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures, fostering a culture of safe laboratory practices

  • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Prepare reagents, standards, and samples in accordance with established methods

  • Contribute to maintaining laboratory organization, cleanliness, and compliance with audit requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field

  • Previous laboratory experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or quality control environment is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and reliable data

  • Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques and analytical instrumentation

Benefits & Conditions:
The expected salary range for this role is $20.00-$25.00 hourly, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.


This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
