Job description

We are currently looking to add experienced Fire Alarm Technicians to our team in Raleigh, NC. This is an opportunity to join a well-established company that has been serving North Carolina for more than 20 years, earning a reputation for quality workmanship, long-term customer relationships, and doing things the right way.


We're seeking NICET Level II certified technicians (or higher) with strong experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and commissioning commercial fire alarm systems. Our technicians work with a variety of leading platforms including Fire-Lite, Notifier, Hochiki, and FireLink.


This is a Lead Technician role, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving technical problems, and is comfortable serving as the face of the company in the field. You'll work directly with customers, lead projects when required, and have the support needed to succeed.
