Position Summary

  • Qualifies accounts, negotiates contracts under guidance of VP, Customer Engagement and allocates resources to customers

  • Provide customized training and support to Vero Biotech customers in alignment with Clinical Education team

  • Develop territory and account level plans to grow product utilization and expand customer base within assigned region

  • Conducts discovery to identify all new accounts and sales opportunities within assigned territory

  • Collaborate and communicate with partnered Respiratory Specialists to maintain and grow business

  • Demonstrating ability to follow the sales process, drive successful evaluations and maintain accurate records in the CRM

  • Understand multiple interdependencies within the account by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customer opinion leaders and hospitals, including Physicians, Respiratory Therapists, Medical Staff, Biomed, Procurement

  • Meets or exceeds sales goals and quotas 

  • Must be regionally located in markets near our customers

  • Other duties as assigned by VP, Customer Engagement

  • 5 years bedside critical acute care experience as licensed RT 

  • Recent acute care hospital or IDN site of care experience in the assigned territory/accounts Five (5) to Ten (10) years of experience in hospital sales experience within the respiratory medical device or pharmaceutical sector preferred

  • Success planning and executing a new product launch or solution launch into hospital setting

  • Highly motivated, results driven individual

  • Proven track record of sales within a hospital environment of the assigned territory Must be able to work well independently and as a team member; under pressure and shifting priorities

  • Self-Starter with demonstrated problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) presentation and strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management skills to ensure timelines are met, as well as the ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork 

  • Strong ability to learn and use technical product knowledge
