Office Assistant & Marketing

We're a growing biotech company looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support our team and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, everything-office role — perfect for someone who likes variety, is curious about science, and wants real ownership as we expand.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support — scheduling, correspondence, filing
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks — social media posts, flyers, mailers, and organizing promotional materials
  • Learn about our products and their functionality to help communicate them accurately in marketing materials
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage office supplies
  • Maintain files, records, and general office organization
  • Help coordinate events, meetings, and vendor communications

What we're looking for:

  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Genuine interest in learning about our food ingredietns, technology, and industry
  • Good communication skills — written and verbal
