Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Paid Social & Content Marketing Manager role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Paid Social & Content Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across key platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role includes developing content strategies aligned with business and scientific objectives, managing editorial calendars, and overseeing the creation of compelling written, visual, and video content. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, scientific, and sales stakeholders, to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible, compliant marketing assets. Day-to-day responsibilities also include monitoring performance analytics, A/B testing creatives and messaging, PR, ETC.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in paid social media management, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging channels.
  • Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and multi-channel content creation tailored to target audiences in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, and basic content editing, with the ability to translate technical or scientific information into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Comfort with marketing analytics, performance tracking, A/B testing, and deriving actionable insights from data to refine campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., social ad managers, marketing automation, and basic design or video tools) is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or health care marketing is a plus, especially in highly regulated environments.
  • Strong collaboration, project management, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
