3 Key Consulting is hiring anAssociate Scientistfor a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Ideal candidate:
Bachelors' degree & 2 YOE
Candidates must be proficient with ELISA assays and/or qCPR testing
Job Description:
To perform experiments, organize data and analyze results under minimal supervision. With minimal supervision, plans, conducts or monitors experiments, records and organizes data, analyses results, generates robust and reliable data and ensures that contracted studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocol and applicable guidelines and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Individual will perform immunoassays, qPCR and other analytical tests to measure process-related impurities in samples undergoing purification process development and communicate results to internal clients.
  • Sample testing, method execution, operation of TECAN, troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation of results, and report writing.
  • Experience with ELISA assays and/or qPCR testing is required.
  • Familiarity with method development, method qualification, TECAN, electronic notebook, and cGMP requirements are desired.
  • Candidate should be highly organized and motivated, have strong communication and presentation skills, and strong collaboration skills. Plans, monitors or conducts, analyzes and records experiments, and provides interpretation of data.
  • Communicates data and interpretation to work group.
  • Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment.
  • Effectively trouble-shoots equipment and experimental difficulties.
  • Understands when to seek input and when to make independent judgments

Skills: Degree in Immunology, Biology, Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry; experience in a Biopharmaceutical working environment
