InfuSystem offers Oncology, Pain Management and Wound Care therapies, including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy. The companyโ€™s Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Services are composed of direct payer rentals, pump and consumable sales, and biomedical services and repair, including on-site and depot services. InfuSystem provides the sale, rental, lease and associated supplies, including infusion pumps, nerve blocks for acute pain, nerve block catheters, postoperative pain pumps, central venous catheters, IV pumps, pole-mounted pumps, syringe pumps, enteral pumps, Huber needles, clean room supplies, IV extension tubing, pump tubing, ambulatory pumps, replacement pumps, disposable products, central venous access devices, closed system transfer devices, negative pressure wound therapy vacs, wound vac, and chemotherapy and oncology infusion pumps. Biomedical services include both on-site and depot preventive maintenance, repair and warranty services, ranging from equipment inspections to extensive repairs, including compression device systems, defibrillators, EKG machines, electrosurgical units, external pacemakers, humidifiers, infusion pumps, LCDs, light sources, modules, patient monitors, printers, pulse oximeters, telemetry transmitters and tourniquets โ€“ all completed to factory specifications.

Headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, InfuSystem delivers local, field-based customer support and operates Centers of Excellence in Michigan, Kansas, California, Massachusetts, Texas and Ontario, Canada.

SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing high-impact marketing programs with precision and consistency. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven, hands-on experience managing tradeshows and event logistics end-to-end, this is a core function of the role and essential for success.

The Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including tradeshow and event execution, survey deployment and reporting, digital updates, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a meticulous eye for detail across all deliverables.

IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Lead tradeshow execution
    • Manage the full lifecycle of tradeshows and events, including registration, logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, budget tracking, and on-site execution readiness. Ensure flawless execution with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate and execute corporate events
    • Support planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are managed efficiently
  • Own marketing project coordination
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving timelines, collecting feedback, securing approvals, and ensuring final deliverables are accurate and on time
  • Manage surveys and reporting
    • Execute satisfaction surveys, track performance, and provide organized, actionable reporting (experience preferred)
  • Develop Business Forms & Documentation
    • Proven experience developing complex forms and structured documentation with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and version control
  • Oversee marketing assets and inventory
    • Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials, including promotional items, ensuring accurate tracking, reordering, and distribution
  • Maintain marketing collateral and version control
    • Update, archive, and organize materials to ensure teams always access the most current assets
  • Support digital and website updates
    • Assist with website updates and basic analytics reporting
  • Assist in content development
    • Support creation of sales materials, patient content, and digital assets
  • Cross-functional support
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support broader marketing initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or similar
  • 3โ€“5 years of marketing experience with direct, hands-on tradeshow and event logistics management
  • Exceptional organizational and detail management skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts, track details accurately, and deliver error-free work
  • Proven experience planning and executing corporate events
  • Experience managing inventory or marketing assets
  • Proven ability to execute satisfaction surveys, monitor performance metrics, and deliver clear, organized, and actionable reports (preferred)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required; strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and experience with content management systems
