Job description

Fluke is seeking a Test Engineer Co-Op to join us for Fall 2026. As a Test Engineer Co-Op with Fluke Electronics, you will help develop, implement, and support manufacturing test and calibration systems for both new and existing products. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will support new product introductions, improve factory test processes, and contribute to the retirement of legacy products.

You will play an active role in driving operational excellence through safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity initiatives, while gaining hands-on experience solving real-world manufacturing challenges. This opportunity is open to current students only. Co-Ops can work between 24-40 hours per week depending on their individual availability.

Responsibilities: Design, implement, and support manufacturing test systems for new and existing products. Improve production quality, efficiency, and reliability through data analysis and problem solving. Support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing operations.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and electrical communication systems used in test stations. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues. Validate test stations using hardware and software to ensure accurate and reliable performance.

Partner with engineering teams to optimize product manufacturability and testability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve yields, and streamline factory processes.
