We are seeking an early-career Application Engineer to join our R&D Applications and Master Data team. In this role, you will serve as aProduct Ownerfor one or more engineering applications that support product development across our global R&D organization.

You will partner with engineers, IT teams, and external vendors to improve andmaintainthe tools that enable design, simulation, and product lifecycle processes. This isa great opportunityto build experience at the intersection of engineering, technology, and product management.

Responsibilities:

Own and Improve Engineering Applications

  • Act as the product owner for one or more engineering tools (such as design, simulation, or lifecycle management systems)

  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of enhancements, fixes, and user needs

  • Help deliver system updates and improvements that add value to engineering teams

Work Closely with Engineering Teams

  • Partner with R&D engineers to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities

  • Gather and document requirements in a clear and structured way

  • Translate user needs into actionable development tasks

Support Day-to-Day Operations

  • Provide support for engineering applications and resolve user issues

$64,000.00 - $102,350.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
