We are seeking a Life Sciences Program Manager for Isolere Bio,a division of Donaldson and home to the proprietary IsoTag technology-abioprocessingpurification solution that delivers better-than-affinity performancewithout the chromatography column.The companyoffers a growing portfolio of purification solutions for a wide range of biologics and other viral particles.This high-visibility role willlead and manage the product development and commercialization processes through stage gates, managing risks, scope, schedule,communicationsand alignmentas we expand our offerings and bring differentiated technologies to market.This role will alsobe responsible forleading theorganization'scontinual improvement efforts.

Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Durham, NC office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Utilizeprojectmanagement and team leadership skills to driveNew Product Introduction (NPI)projects frominceptionthrough implementation and completion.

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, working across different functionalteamsand managing projects with external manufacturing partners and service providers.

  • Interactwith all levels of the organization,requiringstrong communicationand leadership skills, combined with experience in R&D and project management.

  • Define,maintain, and implement project managementmethodology, including processes, tools, metrics, and policies to ensure efficiency, quality, and business success.

  • Manageand communicatechanges in alignment with change management plans to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.

  • Communicate project status and progress to management, including senior leadership, and key stakeholders.

  • Provide leadership andexpertiseto the larger organization on project management best practices,running theday to dayproject portfolio to ensure milestones, targets and commitments are met,utilizingRACI matrix, probability/impact risk logs and mitigation strategies, scheduling tools, and process compliance.

  • Addressprogram issues byidentifyingeffective courses of action that consider constraints andobjectivesto enable continued progress.

  • Perform follow-up tasks on projects and related activities, encouraging collaboration, defining roles, assessing skills, providing mentorship, and handling conflicting priorities.

TRAVEL: Up to 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideallyin engineering, lifesciencesor a related field.

  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in product development fortheLife Sciencessupplier sector

  • 3+ years of leadingmultiple projects and teams across a matrixed organization

  • Experience with stage gate product development and product commercialization processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or PMP certification

  • Continual improvement, lean six sigma, process improvement experience

  • Tech transfer experience is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especiallyMS Planning, Project, Teams,PowerPointand Excel

  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Strong documentation and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse leaders, managers, and subject matter experts
