  • Greet visitors, answer and direct telephone calls, and schedule appointments in a professional and courteous manner.
10% - Mail Distribution
  • Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
10% - Building Key Management
  • Maintain accountability for building keys and assist with key check-out procedures.
10% - Document Reproduction Services
  • Perform photocopying and related document preparation tasks as needed.
5% - Workspace Organization and Supply Maintenance
  • Stock supplies and maintain organization of the front desk and copy room while ensuring the reception area remains clean and presentable.
