Job description

All Dry SWFL is looking for a full or part time Business Development Manager to champion our brand, develop new business relationships and drive new revenue opportunities. This is a sales role and we are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about developing new business relationships and community engagement.


This role will be responsible for:

  • Building a pipeline and meeting new sales goals in a fresh, wide open territory.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with lead sources such as property managers, real estate agents and insurance agents thru in person meetings and sales calls.
  • Joining, managing and attending community engagement and networking events.
  • Being the ‘face’ of our brand and articulating value
  • Documenting lead and client interactions in our CRM (client relationship management system)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience selling services/products to businesses
  • Interest in developing and nurturing community relationships
  • A clean background check and driving history
  • Associates or bachelors degree desired
  • A reliable vehicle. (we cover gas/mileage.) Company car will be available after 90 days.
  • No overnight travel required excepting for optional credentialing and training (expenses paid).
  • Approximately 80% of time to be spent in Lee County, 20% in Collier County
