Job description

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Trainer to join our fast-growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Traveling out of town 2-4 nights per week.
  • Ability to train hands on, and get greasy.
  • 50 hours of work time per week.
  • Ability to manage people, and maintain standards directly with drivers.
  • Completing ride along training with new drivers.
  • Completing ride along trainings to qualify and retrain existing drivers.
  • Conducting spot equipment and safety checks.
  • Enforcement of company process and safety guidelines for both CDL and NON-CDL drivers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • A Class B CDL
  • A Drug-free lifestyle
  • A clean motor vehicle report
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding on how to work with drivers
  • Strong DOT safety and training skills
  • Ability to lift 75lbs
  • Bachelor's Degree

Hours: 50 hours a week, 5 days a week

Salary: $105,000 annual
