Job description

We are seeking for dedicated and skilled Biodiesel Transloaders.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role loading and unloading railcars and trucks with biodiesel and renewable diesel.

This position requires a strong understanding of working outdoors throughout the year.


DUTIES:

  • Perform pre-trip inspections of all equipment to be used each day. This includes the bio-skids, tablets air compressors, generators and forklifts. Inspection reports to be turned in daily.
  • Transfer biodiesel and renewable diesel from railcars to outbound trucks using the bio skids.
  • Operate any and all equipment in accordance to established safety procedures.
  • Complete data entry of paper work related to the transferring of bio and renewable diesel to tablet.
  • erform pre-load & post loading inspections on the railcars. Ensure that all equipment is clean and mechanically sound at all times and reporting any issues or concerns in a timely manner to Direct Manager.
  • This position will interact with the office on numerous customer service related tasks. Those tasks will include; inventory management, cross training and how efficiently we get the customers trucks in/out of the facility.
  • Willing to be cross trained on all functions at the facility.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum two years experience working in construction, HVAC, plumbing etc.
  • Ability to work outdoors the entire shift.
  • Ability to use a computer and tablet.
  • Process of continuous improvement- have a mindset of “continuous improvement” by finding new ways to improve our safety and service to our customers.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekend. Being flexible of time changes in work shifts and various assignments including working weekends with two days off during the week. Willingness to work swing shift.
  • Required to attend and participate in all company safety training programs.
  • Ability to Read and Write in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills and customer service.

Schedule Start Times available: 4:00AM, 7:30am, 11am Mon-Fri

5:00am-2:00pm Sat & Sun.

Will have two consecutives days off

Payrate: $23.00 hr.


EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred
