Research Scholar/Laboratory Technician (Animal and Molecular Biology Focus)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled laboratory technician with broad expertise in animal research and molecular/cellular biology techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform laboratory animal work, including handling, breeding, routine monitoring, and colony management
• Conduct genotyping and maintain accurate records of animal health and experimental data
• Support and perform tissue culture experiments
• Execute molecular and biochemical assays, including protein and RNA analyses
• Perform immunohistochemistry and related techniques
• Assist in maintaining laboratory organization, compliance, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent extensive hands-on experience
• Demonstrated experience with animal handling and research procedures
• Proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques (e.g., tissue culture, RNA/protein assays, immunohistochemistry)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
