Position Title: Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Position Description: Lead and develop a team of analysts responsible for financial and budget analysis used to monitor and project company performance. Collaborate on projects with other leaders and staff across the organization to prepare and present financial and business analyses of key operations. Analyze current and future financial or operational performance of the organization including capital expenditures, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, potential acquisitions and other ad hoc projects as requested. Employ financial models and reports that allow management to measure performance in the areas of revenue and expense, capital expenditures, project ROI, and cash flows.
Requirements: MS in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Related Technical Degree and three years of Operational Financial Planning Experience, or Alternatively, BS in
Finance or Business Administration, Accounting or Related Technical Degree Followed by Five Years of Operational Financial Planning Experience .
Academic and/or Work Experience Must Include the Following:
  •  Activity-based costing (ABC) and end-to-end cost modeling;
  •  Two Years developing Power Query and macros programming for financial planning and analysis, including multivariable forecasting models, automated variance analysis, scenario

modeling, and executive-level financial reporting;
  •  Developing financial indicator dashboards and automated cost driver reports for senior management; and
  •  Working with integrated ERP Systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, or SAP
