This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing our employees the flexibility to balance their work and personal lives while remaining fully engaged with our outpatient office services. You will work in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, utilizing digital platforms and telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions and consultations. • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, ensuring consistent direct service hours that enhance patient engagement and treatment effectiveness.
• Complete comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and inform tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate the development and regular review of initial treatment plans in collaboration with patients, helping them set achievable recovery goals.
• Design aftercare and discharge plans to support continued progress post-treatment while addressing any potential relapse triggers.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of counseling services and document all patient interactions as per organizational standards.
• Participate in ongoing staff meetings and training to stay informed about best practices and organizational developments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by your supervisor to meet the needs of the clinical team and our patients.

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including adults, children, and families affected by mental health disorders and addiction. A significant portion of our client base presents with co-occurring conditions, requiring an interdisciplinary approach to care. Your ability to foster trust and build rapport with patients will play a critical role in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering therapeutic alliances with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in providing evidence-based family and marriage therapy to various populations.
• A demonstrated capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.
• A positive, non-judgmental approach to patient care is essential, alongside an understanding of the unique challenges faced by those with chemical dependency issues.

• Experience working with chemically dependent populations will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and teletherapy applications enhances the delivery of remote counseling.
• Background in creating innovative treatment solutions tailored to individual recovery journeys.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
