Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering therapeutic alliances with patients and their families.
  • Proficiency in providing evidence-based family and marriage therapy to various populations.
  • A demonstrated capacity to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team framework.
  • A positive, non-judgmental approach to patient care is essential, alongside an understanding of the unique challenges faced by those with chemical dependency issues.
