Job description

Perform assignments involving repair, installation, alteration, and preventive maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. These systems include, but are not limited to air handlers, exhaust fans, roof top package units, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, and HVAC controls. The candidate will also expected to perform general building maintenance activities and respond to emergency issues within buildings.

  • Will reduce the reliance on vendor support
  • Will reduce equipment downtime through the timely response and troubleshooting of issues
  • Will maintain in-house maintenance capabilities
  • Will maintain emergency response times
  • Maintain teams ability to respond to and complete employee requested work

What You Bring:

  • Education: High school diploma and HVAC trade school certification perfered
  • Work Experience: 5 years of HVAC experience
  • Team building (works well with others in a group setting)
  • Knowledge of building management systems (ALC software is a plus)
  • Ability to share knowledge of HVAC systems with co-workers

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $38.75 to $53.26 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
