Job description

Bing Host is responsible for maintaining integrity and accuracy thought all phases of the bingo session, monitor play, provide assistance to guests, making payouts and conducting efficient and accurate calling of Bingo games in a professional manner. 


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

  • Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino.
  • Maintain all appropriate account records for the combined floor and booth sales of all Bingo materials.
  • Handle Guest transactions at the Bingo booth, including vending Bingo materials to Guests in a courteous and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all options available regarding different packages available and communicate those options to guests, as needed, in a comprehensible, professional manner.
  • Set up Bingo packages/supplies prior to sale.
  • Responsible for conducting Bingo games in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Conducts the bingo session in a professional manner and articulately announces the bingo games at a comfortable speed while providing entertainment for the bingo guests.
  • Verify all winning combinations through established system of operations.
  • Keep accurate records of all games, cash payouts, and paper sales in order to perform end of shift accounting.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of bingo supplies and perform routine maintenance and daily inspection of bingo equipment.
  • Announces upcoming special events and promotions at appropriate times throughout the sessions.
  • Be alert for all Bingo guests requiring assistance.
  • Verifies valid Bingo wins and announces the proper pay-out amounts.
  • When the session is over, ensure all equipment has been shut down and station is left in order and properly secured.
  • Assist with floor sales during intermission if needed.
  • Facilitate verification and payout process by responding promptly to Guests with winning combinations and verifying card numbers with caller.
  • Assist Guest with clarification of game rules and other aspects of bingo games.
  • Sell supplies for all special games.
  • Perform routine maintenance of player areas.
  • Adhere to policies or performance of duties to ensure ongoing Title 31/BSA compliance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned.

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to Multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels

Gaming License Required: Ability to secure and maintain STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
