Freedom, a national Direct Mail Company based in Aurora, IL, is one of the largest, independently owned, privately held, direct mail marketing providers in the United States. Why Freedom? We're looking to add an experienced Bindery Setup Mechanic to the 2nd shift
We will train mechanically inclined individuals. We are seeking highly motivated, career-focused individuals to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Must be experienced in setup and maintenance on Folders, Continuous Cutters and Card Affixers.
  • Experience on Stahl and MBO Folders a plus.
  • Electrical background preferred but not required
  • Overtime and weekend work required

Qualifications:
  • One-three year's experience as a Bindery Setup Mechanic
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Training will be considered for anyone with basic knowledge in a Bindery or Lettershop background.
