Job description

Our client is a manufacturer seeking multiple Production Operators to join their growing production team. The ideal candidate will bring solid general labor experience along with the flexibility to support a range of tasks across the production floor. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role centered primarily on coiling and preparing rubber hosing products.
Job Responsibilities -
- Coil, bundle, and prepare rubber hosing products to meet production specifications.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Rotate between workstations and assist with various roles on the production floor as needed.
- Inspect products for quality, consistency, and defects before packaging.
- Load, unload, and move materials, components, and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Meet daily production goals and communicate any issues to the shift supervisor.
Job Requirements -
- 1+ years of General labor or production experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Comfortable lifting and moving materials and finished products.
- Flexibility to take on different tasks and support multiple roles across the floor.
- Reliable attendance and a strong, safety-minded work ethic.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred
- Familiarity with coiling, bundling, or hose/rubber products is preferred
