Position Title: Stockroom Lead
Reports To: Store Management Team
Essential Position Responsibilities:
As a Stockroom Lead, you will support the store management team in a specified area of emphasis such as Stockroom.
- This would include a combination of; the execution of the daily business, customer engagement, store operations, talent supervision, and merchandising standards in the store.
- Primary role is overseeing shipment deliveries and maintaining replenishment of stock levels on the sales floor, and ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved.
- Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction while maximizing productivity and profitability.
- Responsible for the upkeep and organization of the stockroom.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the stockroom row/bin scanner process.
- Footwear ran up into the correct bins and skus assigned to the correct row and bin #.
- Apparel boxes organized forprocessing by the sales floor team.
- Excess fixture hardware maintained in neat and organized fashion
- Excess hangers, sensors, and store supplies organized.
- Single shoes re-boxed the same day as removal from display.
- Stockroom swept on a routine basis
- Trash gathered and prepared for removal by MOD
