Job Summary:
The Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit Technician will be responsible for utilizing BIM software, primarily Revit, to prepare mechanical, electrical and plumbing drawings for architect's designs for commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction projects. This position will serve as a key technical leader supporting project teams across a large-scale construction program. You'll oversee BIM coordination, establish standards and best practices, facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders, and help drive innovation through digital construction technologies. Education:
* Associate degree in drafting preferred.
Work Experience/Qualifications:
* 3 years of drafting experience preferred.
