What You Will Do
  • Define and implement BIM execution plans, standards, workflows, and quality control processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and accuracy
  • Lead the development and execution of BIM strategies across multiple projects
  • Oversee, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the BIM team
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure seamless BIM integration across all project phases
  • Stay current with BIM tools and technologies, ensuring effective use of software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Manage the implementation and integration of BIM software into daily operations and workflows
  • Enforce BIM standards and protocols, conducting regular model reviews and audits to ensure compliance, accuracy, and data integrity
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues and facilitate coordination meetings to resolve design and construction clashes
  • Prepare and present BIM progress reports and model performance updates to stakeholders
  • Manage BIM resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Support overall project planning and execution by identifying risks and proposing effective solutions
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in BIM management within construction, architecture, or engineering
  • Proven track record leading BIM teams on large-scale projects
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and project delivery methods across the construction lifecycle
  • Experience with cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 or Procore (preferred)
