Job description

The Job

We are seeking a BIM Manager for our client in their Denver office. This individual will lead the implementation, management, and advancement of BIM workflows for mechanical and plumbing systems. The BIM Manager will be responsible for overseeing model coordination, quality control, template and family management, and the training and support of technical staff. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, integrating sustainable design practices, and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of models across a wide variety of projects.


Compensation: $35–$55/hour, based on qualifications and experience.


Your Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM coordination for mechanical and plumbing systems across multiple projects
  • Manage and maintain Revit templates, families, and standards
  • Provide guidance and support to Revit/CAD technicians and engineering teams
  • Conduct model reviews to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to company standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other disciplines to resolve modeling conflicts
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on BIM tools and workflows
  • Support integration of sustainable design principles within BIM processes
  • Perform other duties as needed to support project and team success


Your Qualifications

  • Expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
  • Proven experience in BIM coordination and management
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems modeling
  • Experience developing and managing Revit families and templates
  • Familiarity with Navisworks or similar coordination tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
