Job Description

Job Responsibilities-

Review, Document & Implement billing processes. Validation to Comcast standards. Propose detailed steps to resolve issues.

Support data discrepancy remediation, documentation and validation in market clean-up activities.

Subject Matter Expert to help ensure automated tools are correct and implementable.

Analyze billing and system data to support operations audits in Video and HSD.

Identify and implement metric collection opportunities across billing system ecosystems which will drive actionable business decisions.

Work with tool automation team in the collection, validation and reporting of business data allowing it to become scalable and repeatable.

Ensures accuracy of data through partnerships with team members. Provides validation and spot checks of data as needed.

Leverage audit tools to improve business practices.

Skills Required-

3 years of data analysis and information reporting experience, including 2 years obtaining an understanding of information repository issues and concepts.

3 - 5 Years related experience in CSG and Amdocs billing systems.

Extensive experience in SQL programming.

Strong analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills.

Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful, business driving KPIs and communicate that data visually.

Experience in creating data collection methods for organizations that automate reporting efforts for the business.

Knowledge of relational databases concepts, and the creation of queries and reports using SQL or reporting tools (i.e., Oracle, Tableau).

Understanding of data elements as they relate to data quality requirements.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills.

Understanding of statistical concepts with an ability to apply to reporting.

BS in Finance, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience in complex problem solving.

Experience with Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Tableau, Hadoop & Hive.

Proven record of building and maintaining effective business relationships.

Demonstrated ability to matrix manage in a large cross-functional organization.

Familiar with cable operations, video, HSD, etc.
